Tage just turned one! I cant beleive it...it seems like I was pregnant with him yesterday! Well on his birthday he woke up not feeling good at all. He had a fever and was just in a bad mood the whole day! Poor little guy was teething so he didn't have a super fun birthday. Even the cake didn't do much for him...you know he isnt feeling good when he turns down sugar! I got him a cute thomas the train cake and he ended up getting tons of presents that he plays with every day...one of which is his vaccum that his aunt syd got him. He uses it every day!

This was Tage's first fourth of July and we had so muc fun! Although it was a super long day...we first went to the Layton parade and Tage was pretty into it as you can see him sitting on Grandpa's lap enjoying every second of it. He was so tired after the parade so we went home and he took a long nap then we went and hit all the great sales at the mall! We went to a ward bbq later that night and there was so much excitment that Tage was just totally worn out the whole day! We went to the fire works at Layton park at night and Tage totally loved them! He just layed on the blanket and watched them...with a very tight grip on me the whole entire time. Wen had a fun day and I still think Tage is worn out from all the playing! Hope everyone had an awesome 4th!

My Ode to Redken....

As of today at seven o clock I am now a Redken specialist. Yes I know you are all thinking "WHAT?" but i shall tell you.....SO I have always been a huge Redken fan. Love it. Use it. Its my second life(besides Tage). Any how I signed up to take these specialist classes awhile ago and took four long long long days of going over everything! So now I could tell you every single thing about every product that Redken carries~! Which is about I dont know 5 million different things! I learned tons of things about color, color blocking, and new ways to foil. But my favorit thing we learned was a thing called priciple based cutting. It is awesome and made for any type of hair. Anyways the forty hours of classes are finally over and next will be NEW YORK!!!! I love Redken. So I am now trained in the Redken way. Which means I am way more cool then your hair dresser. So HA! :)

So now that I have two seconds I wanted to write a few things going on in our life. Me and Tage finally got our own place! Its so nice! Tage has a nice big bedroom with lots of toys which he rarely plays with...but its been so nice to finally have so much space! We have been doing a lot of playing and swimming now that this weather has finally been warm. Tage is going to be one in less then two weeks! I cant beleive it. Its gone by so fast. We are gonna get a thomas the train cake because he seems to like thomas...has to be the most expensive toy ever made! Anyways....I have been sssssssooooooo busy at the salon its crazy! But I totally love my job! Its great and I work with really awesome people. Thats about all going on...just playing and working! Tage LOVES babies. That little boy is a baby Dana nannies. Tage looks like a proud big brother huh!

So we are still around and busy all the time! I honestly have had no time at all to post anything! Our summer is going so good though. It is finally warm and we have been going to the pool as much as we can. Tage loves to swim...I think he would go off the diving board if I would let him! Anyways...I'll post some pictures soon! Hope everyone is having a good summer!

Graduation!!!!

So my little brother(not so little anymore!) is graduating on thursday! I cant believe he is that old. That makes me feel really old! I am excited for him though...He wont have to do homework at least for a little while and he gets his mission papers in October. He is growing up! Here is him and his girl friend Ashley at prom! They both look tan huh???

Tage Jay Pratt

Tage Jay Pratt was born on July 10, 20078. He was seven pounds ten ounces. He is such a little sweetie. He has huge blue eyes and blonde hair. He has way too much personality for such a little guy! He is almost one now and I cant beleive it! He is trying to walk but it is much faster for him to get into things crawling. So we'll see how that goes. Just wanted to post a few pictures of my little angel boy! Tage loves his family especially Grandpa!

Many of you who know me know that I am completely computer illiterate! Its sad really. I am not seventy years old I should know how to do this whole internet thing bu the truth is I just barely learned how to sen pictures through email. I know. So I decided that I am going to join the blogging world. Mostly because I love looking at everyones cute kids and see what they are up to! And I have a very cute kid so I would be a bad mom if I didn't post things of him!
